Operemo ih i posušimo čistim ubrusom.&lt;br /&gt;Prelomimo ih gdje su mekane, odvajajući meki dio od tvrdog dijela. Tvrdi dio koristimo za kuhanje juha.Oguljene šparoge, meki dio, kuhamo na pari 20-30 minuta (ovisno o debljini šparoge). Treba paziti da ih ne prekuhamo.Pospemo ih ribanim sirom, posolimo i popaprimo po želji.Maslac rastopimo u prikladnoj posudi i držimo na vatri dok malo potamni. Prelijemo šparoge posute sirom.Stavimo u vruću pećnicu. Listove potopimo u duboku hladnu vodu. Vadimo list po list. Pranje ponovimo 3 puta. U prikladnoj posudi zakuhamo 2 litre vode, lagano posolimo i dodamo oprani špinat. Poslije 5 minuta špinat ocijedimo i istisnemo preostalu vodu. Špinat fino nasjeckamo. Kiseli kupus isperemo vodom. U prikladnoj posudi na vrućem ulju popržimo crveni luk izrezan na polumijesec. Dodamo naribanu buču i ocijeđeni kiseli kupus. Dok se šparoge kuhaju, na vrućem maslacu zapržimo krušne mrvice 3 minuta. Jaje skuhamo utvrdo.Šparoge ocijedimo pa posolimo i popaprimo po želji. Na gornji dio naribamo tvrdo kuhano jaje. Stavimo ga kuhati u hladnu vodu. Kad zakuha, Smanjimo temperaturu štednjaka i poklopimo. Kuhamo ga dok ne omekša. Rižu proberemo i operemo. Izmjerimo volumen riže pa u prikladnu posudu ulijemo 2, 5 puta vode nego riže. Rižu kuhamo u hladnu posoljenu vodu. Kad prokuha, temperaturu štednjaka smanjimo na 1/3 i kuhamo poklopljeno dok riža ne upije svu vodu. Kuhanoj riži dodamo kuhani grašak. U prikladnoj posudi rastopimo maslac i dodamo brašno, pržimo 2 minute pa dodamo rižu i grašak. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Kušamo pa, ako treba, posolimo i po želji popaprimo. Ako riža stane u jednoj čašu, onda uzmemo 2,5 čaše vode. U hladnu posoljenu vodu ulijemo ulje i kuhamo rižu (poklopljenu) na najačoj temperaturi štednjaka dokle ne prokuha. Temperaturu štednjaka smanjito na 1/3 i kuhamo dok riža ne popije svu vodu.
